Managed a portfolio of 15 partnerships across Healthcare, Content/Publisher, and Financial Services verticals, driving a 4x year-over-year revenue increase. Optimized conversion funnels, resulting in a market share increase on publisher platforms from 10% to over 80%. Maintained a 100% partner retention rate, showcasing a commitment to delivering value and fostering strong relationships. Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, engineering, sales, operations, finance, and legal, to secure and implement complex partnership deals while managing ongoing relationships effectively.

Founder + Business Development Strategy

I developed and managed relationships and investment projects focused on urban development, commercial infrastructure, and DC fast charging initiatives. In this role, I created strategic partnerships for investment opportunities in alternative energy projects for the Corrigan Group of Companies. Additionally, I oversaw the development and management of Blue Energy's digital and media platforms, ensuring impactful communication and engagement.

STREET-WORKS DEVELOPMENT

District Detroit Project Team - Internship
Collaborated with the Senior Design Manager to develop the District Detroit Preview Center, a marketing hub designed to introduce the vision of the District Detroit to future stakeholders. Additionally, conceptualized an automotive museum and experiential attraction as part of the District Detroit's offerings, aligning with the area's cultural and economic development goals.
